Africa amongst continents is the most vulnerable to climate change and variability. The Rive Nile Basin, which is the longest worldwide, running over 6,671 kilometers is a shared basin amongst 10 riparian countries namely; Burundi, the DR Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania,Uganda, Egypt and Sudan. South Sudan will soon be the 11th officially sharing the Nile resources.
